Repair and Rebuild
The Meyer Rebuild Process:
- Free estimates
- Each unit is fully inspected including gears, impellers, and casing
- Individual parts dimensions are verified versus new specifications
- Impellers are welded, brazed, and machined to original OEM specifications
- Shafts are rebuilt including metalizing and grinding
- Headplates are ground and true
- Impeller case is re-bored and ground to new specifications
- Unit is re-assembled with all new OEM parts including bearings and seals
- All blowers are run-tested on our 75 HP variable speed test stand
- Sound, Vibration, and Slip Tests are documented
- Rebuild headplates weld and re-machine to OEM specifications
- All backed by a 12-month service warranty
