Re-machine, coat, and line housing to original specification

Rebuild headplates, weld, and re-machine to OEM specifications

Damaged rotor shafts are metalized or sleeved

Rotor tips and ends are welded and re-machined to exacting standards

New bearings, seals, and packing are installed

Re-assemble units to new tolerances

Each unit is fully inspected including gears, impellers, and casing

Individual parts dimensions are verified versus new specifications

Impellers are welded, brazed, and machined to original OEM specifications

Shafts are rebuilt including metalizing and grinding

Headplates are ground and true

Impeller case is re-bored and ground to new specifications

Unit is re-assembled with all new OEM parts including bearings and seals

All blowers are run-tested on our 75 HP variable speed test stand

Sound, Vibration, and Slip Tests are documented
