C-Series Double Flap Gate Airlock Valves

The C-Series Double-Flapgate Airlock Valves are engineered to handle high-pressure environments, capable of withstanding pressures up to 20 psi and extreme temperatures up to 1,650˚F, with the ability to accommodate even higher temperatures depending on the specific application requirements.
Meyer stands as the exclusive manufacturer offering a double-flapgate airlock solution that reliably performs in pneumatic conveying systems under these challenging conditions. Designed for optimal performance, the C-Series is available in two configurations: the “short” low-profile HPSC model, ideal for space-constrained installations, and the “tall” high-profile HPTC model, offering a greater capacity for handling larger volumes or more demanding processes.
Both models can be equipped with a range of actuation options, including pneumatic, electro-mechanical, or gravity/counterweight systems, ensuring flexibility in system integration. For applications requiring enhanced flow control or specialized material handling, a triple-flapgate configuration is also available, offering improved performance for specific operational needs.
