MPSA Double Flap Gate Airlock Valves

The A-Series Cast Double Flapgate Airlock Valves are engineered for medium-pressure applications, withstanding standard operating temperatures up to 650°F. Constructed with a durable cast iron housing and high-performance White Iron/Ni-Hard seats and flaps, these valves provide a cost-effective alternative to rotary valves in demanding environments.

These double flap valves are specifically designed for dust collection systems, precipitators, and cyclone separators, where they can handle maximum pressure differentials of up to 193″ WC (7 psi). They are an ideal replacement for traditional rotary airlocks that experience rapid wear, offering enhanced durability and longevity. The valve’s seats and gates are re-grindable, further extending its operational life.

The A-Series features a low-profile design for seamless installation, with the MPSA model fitting directly in place of most rotary valves. The MPFTA variant aligns with the “industry standard” flange pattern and height. Both the MPSA and MPFTA models are available with a variety of actuation options, including pneumatic, electro-mechanical, or gravity/counterweight actuation, allowing for versatile integration into existing systems.
